The information in your credit history helps the mortgage lenders to decide how much credit and what interest rate you are eligible for. These local merchants, however, may have lower credit standards than larger lenders.

Other options that are available if you are having a difficulty in obtaining a bad business credit loan can be asking a friend or family member to cosign your loan application, or obtaining a secured card, which is guaranteed by a deposit you make with the card issuer.
Just because you have a bad credit does not mean that you have no chance of getting a business loan. Bad business credit loans are also available. People have bad credit problems for many reasons. Perhaps they lost their job unexpectedly just after getting themselves a really big loan and sometimes-adverse situations like these, just can’t be helped. The point is that through managing your finances responsibly you can improve upon your credit record. You may have to pay a bit more interest for a while, but if you do that successfully for a few years, then you may not need a bad credit loan again.
Though a number of institutions provide bad business credit loans, the main problem with these loans is that they require a higher interest rate and a larger down payment. Since different companies provide bad business credit loans at different rates, you must search the market thoroughly before taking up a loan.
